All our Field Sales Representatives carry handheld PDA's, loaded with our bespoke, state-of-the-art Wireless Agreement Transfer System (WATS), together with e-mail facilities and full GPRS links to Head Office.

This enables us to give our customers the most efficient service possible when on-site.

The system allows us not only to issue a detailed quote whilst on-site, we can also issue full contract documentation within hours of the appointment.

Installation will then be arranged as soon as it is convenient to you (schedules permitting) and then, as we say, we do what we say we will do.

For you that means : minimum hassle + maximum efficiency

Once your equipment is installed, your representative will follow up the service experience with a courtesy call to ensure we met all your expectations.


All our Engineers carry handheld PDA's loaded with e-mail facilities, calendar/diarised appointments, Sat NAV and GPRS that links to our Operations Centre.

Daily schedules of all service visits are sent to all our Engineers, so they know precisely what equipment requires servicing, in what way, at every location they visit.

Arrivals and departures are logged on the 'Job Sheets' for each site visit, together with a "satisfaction signature" from the customer, enabling our Operations Department to monitor the ongoing schedule of each engineer. If a scheduled visit is in danger of being delayed, our Operations Centre will be alerted and will take immediate action to solve the issue.
